When will my order ship?

Orders are packed and shipped on the same or next business day. Your order will arrive to you within 2-12 business days, depending where you live. Personalised and special orders take longer, shipping details for these items are on their product item page. When your order is on the way to you, we will email you a confirmation. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email. You can also track your order (if tracking is available for your order) by going to "My Account" and then "My Orders", tracking information will be in the Shipping section.


What are Sassi Jewels Loyalty Points?

We want to thank you for shopping at Sassi Jewels and for recommending us to friends, sharing reviews etc. Every time you shop at Sassi Jewels you earn 1 Points for every dollar you spend with us, you can use those points on future orders – 10 points = $1 to spend, (points are in US currency and will convert to your chosen currency) points will show in your account and shopping cart so it is very easy! The more shop refer, review etc the more points you earn – we even give you points automatically on your birthday!

How can I use my Sassi Points?

To apply Sassi Jewels Points to your order, simply sign into your account and you will see your available points in your shopping cart, there is a box that says ‘Use Sassi Jewels Points’ after you click on the box you can choose how many points you would like to apply to the order. If you return an order, the points earned on that order will be deducted from your account.

How will my order be sent?

RETURNS

I just received my order, but I’d like to return /exchange it. Do you accept returns / exchanges?

Absolutely it is all part of our promise to consistently offer exceptional service to you. You can send jewellery back within 100-days of the purchase date, providing all tags are still attached and it is in its original unworn condition. We accept jewels back for exchanges, returns and store credit – please just let us know when returning what you would like.

Final Sale items and Personalised jewellery are final sale items, and not eligible for return.


How can I send my return /exchange to Sassi Jewels?

Simply email us at info@sassijewels.com with a returns/exchange request and we will email you instructions/information. You can choose the shipping method of your choice, we recommend jewels are in a padded package or envelope and insured and trackable, we are not responsible for lost return parcels. We offer postage credit for all returns / exchanges – 1 per order to cover or contribute to return costs.

Your jewels will be carefully gift boxed or placed in Jewels Sassi Jewels pouches. To add a personalised gift card then select this option at checkout and write what message you would like written on the gift card.

Can I apply a promotion code to an order I already placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot apply promotion codes to orders that have already been placed.
